“Infinite Presence, Unlimited Potential” is the theme for this year’s Unity World Day of Prayer, Thursday, September 12, 2019. World Day of Prayer’ unites Unity and draws in New Thought communities for a 24-hour period of prayer. In prayer, we dissolve our personal borders as we realize God within us, around us—an active source of life, love, and wisdom. Together we will hold the high watch during World Day of Prayer, affirming that, ¬” There is no spot where God is not. Wherever we are, God is”.

Here at Unity Church of Light we will hold a prayer vigil in the chapel beginning at 8:00 a.m. on that Thursday morning. At 11:00 a.m. we will join the live streaming of the Silent Unity Prayer Service from the Activities Center at Unity Village. You are invited to remain in the chapel for silent meditation or return at 2:30 p.m. for more live streaming of “Embodying the Presence: The Sound of Limitless Potential” which will conclude our activities here.

We are collecting prayer request to be sent to Silent Unity which will be held in the 24-hour prayer vigil and thirty days thereafter. (forms are in the foyer or you may mail a request directly to Silent Unity). Whether you join us here at UCOL or remain at home or work, we encourage you to take some time during the day to hold our Universe in prayer.
