New Year

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Unity Worldwide Ministries’ Annual Theme for 2021 is “How to Stay Centered, No Matter What” and it is based on Charles Fillmore, co-founder of the Unity movement’s concept of 12 Tools (or 12 Powers) for achieving inner peace in a chaotic world. This year let us join and practice using these tools in our daily lives. 2020 was quite a year, not only for us as individuals, but for us as a people and we have collectively learned a lot. Going into the new year, I want us to be the trend setters, by staying the course of Truth and being the example of living the Christ life.

The Truth is we are one with God and all beings. Our hearts and minds are open and receptive to all good not only for ourselves, but all humanity. This year let’s focus on our Oneness, embracing our differences and promoting peace and love in all our endeavors. As a reminder of this focus, Unity Church of Light’s theme for 2021 is “Centered in Love We Embrace Our Oneness!”

First, centered in Spirit, we enfold everyone and everything in unconditional love. No matter what occurs, we know love is the great healer and harmonizer of all human conditions. Love also has forgiving power that allows us to look beyond the appearances to Truth and Wholeness. To embrace our oneness is the ability to open our hearts, accept and support others who may be different, but hold this common bond…the Christ within which makes us one!

We hold a vision of a lot of great things happening in the new year, starting with our “White Stone Service” on January 3, 2021. Come grow with us!
